HEATWOLE FARM PICNIC

FRIDAY, JULY 24, 3:00pm: Travelling on the Nicholson Road go past the house almost to the train tracks and turn right, you are on a gravel road. You will see the shelter and pavilion, camping spots are along the river and should park to the far right of the pavilion and can begin to set up after 3:00pm. The left side can be used if the right side is full. If you plan on water activities you should provide your own equipment and safety is your responsibility. Everyone is responsible for their own meal tonight.

SATURDAY, JULY 25, 5:00pm: A hot dog roast with s’mores is planned; please bring your roasting sticks and some supplies for the s’mores fixings. Please bring dishes to compliment the hot dogs (church will provide hot dogs, buns, and fixings). Volleyball and kickball will be provided.

SUNDAY, JULY 26, 11:00am a meal will follow the church services. The chicken and rolls will be provided by the Church. Please bring a dish.

A SIGN-UP SHEET IS IN THE HALL FOYER SO THAT WE CAN GET AN IDEA OF ITEMS BEING FIXED, THANKS!!!
